Learning & Development Department
Muiríosa Foundation is committed to providing learning and development opportunities for all staff who support individuals with intellectual disabilities, both directly and indirectly. These programmes aim to empower staff to implement person-centred supports that align with each individual’s will and preferences. We strive to offer programmes that reflect the Muiríosa Foundation’s core values, focusing on respecting each individual’s uniqueness and contribution by facilitating active learning and engagement. Our goal is to promote life-long learning that is accessible, current, evidence-based, and relevant that will directly impact the quality of supports being offered to people who access Muiriosa Foundation services.
