| Having worked seventeen years in an Electronics Company, initially in the IT department and later as Manager of the Human Resources Department, Olive Leonard moved to the Muiríosa Foundation as Human Resources Manager in 2002. A graduate of the University of Limerick, Olive is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and holds a Master of Business in Human Resource Management With a particular interest in Information Technology solutions for Human Resources, she is constantly seeking enhanced efficiency, accuracy and reporting through systems improvements. Olive has chaired the Human Resources forum of the National Federation of Voluntary Service Providers since 2014, and represents employers in the sector on a number of National Committees working with the HSE, Department of Health and Trade Unions Representatives. It is with great pleasure to her, that Olive has been part of the progression over the past twenty years to the person-centred approach which is now inherent in the culture of the organisation among staff. |
